- 6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 bouillon cubes (chicken)
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Put potatoes in a large pan with just enough water to cover. Add onions and bouillon.

2Cook until tender.

3Mash mixture with a potato masher (non-electric).

4Add cheese and let it melt.

5Then add milk and salt and pepper to taste.

6Serve with oyster crackers.
