- 6 medium potatoes
- 3 medium onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 c. milk
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 stick margarine
- salt and pepper
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Peel and dice potatoes; slice onions. Boil potatoes and onions for approximately 30 minutes; drain off liquid. Mash to coarse mixture; heat on very low heat. Add soup, milk and half and half. Add salt and pepper; add margarine; grate Cheddar cheese on top when served.
