- 1 chopped onion
- 6 sliced carrots
- 2 diced cloves garlic
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 qt. half and half
- 7 lb. potatoes
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cut up and boil potatoes; put aside and save.

2Cook and crumble bacon and save.

3Saute in butter, Tabasco and Worcestershire the onion, carrots and garlic until tender.

4Drain potatoes, saving 1 cup water.

5Slightly mash; add half and half, water and vegetables.

6Let simmer for 30 minutes.

7Top with bacon and cheese when ready to serve.
