- 1 large bag frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. bacon bits
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can evaporated milk
Directions

1Cook potatoes in water until they come to a boil.

2Turn stove down and add bacon bits, carrots, chicken soup and celery soup. Mix thoroughly.

3Add salt and pepper.

4Simmer 15 minutes.

5Add evaporated milk and simmer until done.

6Stir often to keep from sticking or scorching.

7Can add parsley flakes, if desired.
