- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 qt. milk
- 4 to 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put the potatoes, soup and onion in covered casserole dish. Microwave for 16 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

2Add the remaining ingredients to the potato mixture.

3Put all in crock-pot and heat.
