  • 2 lb. potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 4 oz. Velveeta, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 qt. milk

    Drain water and add remaining ingredients.

    Cook on low heat until cheese melts. Garnish with chopped green onions.
