  • 5 to 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 c. ham, cut in bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 c. carrots, cut up
  • 1/2 to 1 c. cut-up Velveeta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. stick butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut potatoes into bite sized pieces and boil in a saucepan until tender.

    Add cut up carrots and ham.
  3. 3
    Simmer for 15 minutes. Add cheese, butter and milk.

    Simmer for 15 more minutes.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve with crackers or cornbread.
