- 6 to 8 large potatoes, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- celery and carrots, chopped to taste
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

1Cook the potatoes, onions, celery and carrots until tender. Heat the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup and margarine in the microwave. Beat until smooth. Put all ingredients in a crock-pot. Add 2 cups milk and salt and pepper to taste.
