- 1 c. water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. skim milk
Directions

1In a 3-quart saucepan combine potatoes, water, onion, celery and chicken bouillon granules.

2Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and cook 20 minutes.

3Mash potatoes slightly.
