- 1 c. finely diced cooked potatoes
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 slices bacon
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Split franks lengthwise almost through. Lap open.

3Combine potatoes and seasonings.

4Spoon over split franks.

5Top with cheese and another split frank.

6Hold in place with toothpicks.

7Wrap a strip of bacon around each serving.

8Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
