  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 2 WYLER'S Instant Bouillon Chicken Flavored Cubes, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 cup ORE-IDA Chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pkg. (28 oz.) ORE-IDA Potatoes OBrien
  • 3 cups white bread cubes (1/2 inch), toasted

Directions

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Add hot water to bouillon in small bowl; stir until dissolved.

    Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.

    Add celery and onions; cook 5 min.

    or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

    Add poultry seasoning, pepper and dissolved bouillon; mix well.

    Bring to boil, stirring frequently.

    Stir in potatoes; cook until heated through, stirring frequently.

    Remove from heat.
