- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sour cream
- 3 c. cornflakes, slightly crushed
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix hash browns, cheese, soup, onion, salt and sour cream well.

2Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

3Mix cornflakes (slightly crushed) and margarine together.

4Put on top of hash brown mixture.

5Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
