Baked Haddock Au Gratin

- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 lb. haddock fillets
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Melt butter in a saucepan.

2Add flour and salt.

3Stir until blended.

4Slowly add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat.

6Blend in cheese and lemon juice. Arrange haddock in a greased baking dish.

7Pour cheese sauce over fish.

8Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
