- 1 lb. ground meat
- 6 potatoes
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown ground meat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain.

2Add onion and green pepper to meat and cook tender.

3Boil and mash potatoes.

4Make layer of ground meat in bottom of ungreased casserole dish.

5Pour 1 can creamed corn over meat. Spoon mashed potatoes on top of corn.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until potatoes are browned.

7Serves 5.
