  • 6 medium potatoes
  • salt
  • 6 slices bacon, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

    Bring water to a boil.

    Simmer for 20 minutes until almost tender.
