  • 2 (1 lb.) bags hash brown potatoes or cubed frozen potatoes
  • 1/2 c. undiluted cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 8 oz. grated sharp cheese (Cheddar; save some for top)

Directions

    Mix all together and put in a baking dish.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour, uncovered.
