- 3 lb. fresh potatoes, boiled, skins removed and cut in cubes or 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed (Southern-style, Ore-Ida)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients, except corn flakes and 3 tablespoons butter.

3Pour into a large baking dish about 9 x 13-inches.

4Sprinkle with corn flakes and top with melted butter. Bake for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
