  • 4 c. mashed potatoes, seasoned
  • 1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Directions

    Put mashed potatoes (slightly dry) in buttered baking dish. Top with whipped cream.

    Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350° until cheese is melted and top is lightly browned.
