  • 8 large potatoes
  • 2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. chives
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. salt and white pepper
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Peel and chop up potatoes.

    In medium saucepan, over low heat, blend milk and cream cheese.

    Make sure this mixture is smooth. Put in chives, onion and salt.

    Add the potatoes and stir well. Put the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    You can finish this dish on top of stove in a large pot. Watch carefully or it will boil over.
