- 8 large potatoes
- 2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. chives
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. salt and white pepper
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Peel and chop up potatoes.

2In medium saucepan, over low heat, blend milk and cream cheese.

3Make sure this mixture is smooth. Put in chives, onion and salt.

4Add the potatoes and stir well. Put the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5You can finish this dish on top of stove in a large pot. Watch carefully or it will boil over.
