- 6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 to 6 eggs
- 1 pkg. bacon
- 1 to 2 qt. milk
- Pot Pie Dough
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Slice bacon into cubes and fry.

2Drain off grease and set aside.

3Put grease back into frying pan and add potatoes.

4When potatoes are done, add eggs.

5While potatoes are frying, make your sauce.

6Place bacon, milk, salt and pepper in saucepan.

7Simmer on low heat about 1 hour.
