  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
  • 1 c. grated cheese

    Mix all together.

    Place in a greased casserole and bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.

    It is more flavorful if baked and refrigerated the day before served.
