- 8 to 10 medium red potatoes, about 2 lb.
- 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimientos, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. onion salt
- 1 lb. process American cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 slices bread, cubed
Directions

1Place unpeeled potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water.

2Cook just until tender, but firm.

3Drain and cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

4Place in an ungreased 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Add pimientos, onion, garlic and onion salt; toss gently. Sprinkle with cheese.

5Place bread cubes on top and pour melted margarine over all.

6Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until bread is toasted.

7Makes 10 to 12 servings.
