  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 1 1/4 c. light cream, scalded
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsp. sherbet

Directions

    Put all ingredients into blender; cover and process at blend until smooth.

    Pour into 6 cups or small containers.

    Fill 2/3 full.

    Cover and chill at least 3 hours or until of pudding like consistency.
