- 5 eggs
- 2 c. milk (regular or nonfat)
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1In blender, add eggs, milk and condensed milk.

2Blend very well.

3Take sugar, put in saucepan over medium heat; caramelize sugar and pour into Pyrex custard cups.

4This will harden rapidly. Pour blended ingredients into custard cups.

5Set custard cups into a heatproof dish; add water up to 1/2 of custard cups.

6Cover with aluminum.

7Cook at 325° for 2 hours or until knife inserted comes clean.

8Refrigerate overnight.

9Before serving, loosen edges with knife and invert onto dessert plate.
