- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion or chives
- 1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury quick crescent rolls
- 3/4 c. crushed seasoned croutons
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a bowl, blend cream cheese and 2 tablespoons margarine until soft.

3Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk, chives and pimiento, mixing well.

4Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles.

5Spoon 1/2 cup poultry mixture onto center of each rectangle.

6Pull four corners of dough to top; twist slightly and seal edges.

7Brush top with remaining margarine.

8Dip in crouton crumbs.

9Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
