  • 1 (9-inch) deep dish frozen pie shell
  • 1/2 c. chopped chicken or turkey
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar/Swiss cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Bake pie shell in a 350° oven until brown, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle turkey or chicken into pie shell, along with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until blended.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Let cool 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
