- 3 sticks butter
- 3 c. cake flour
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- pinch of salt
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese.

3Add eggs, one at a time and continue beating while adding salt and vanilla.

4Slowly mix in the flour.

5Mix very well and pour into greased tube cake pan.

7Grease bottom of pan and cut waxed paper to fit bottom.

8Helps get the cake out without breaking edges.)

9Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325° or until tester comes out clean.

10Cool before removing from the pan.
