Curry Lamb Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. cubed cooked lamb
- 3 c. warm cooked rice
Directions

1Heat butter in large saucepan.

2Add in onion, green pepper and celery; cook and stir gently till onion is tender.

3Stir in curry pwdr, salt and flour.

4Cook over low heat, stirring till mix is warm.

5Remove from heat.

6Gradually stir in broth.

7Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

8Boil and stir 1 minute.

9Stir in lamb, heat through, stirring occasionally, about 10 min.

10Serve over rice.
