- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix butter and cream cheese and gradually add sugar.

2Beat until light and fluffy.

3Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each egg.

4Add flour, stirring until combined.

5Stir in vanilla and pecans.

6Grease and flour tube pan.

7Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
