- 2 sticks oleo, softened
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream oleo and sugar together until light.

2Add oil a little at a time, beating continuously.

3Add eggs, one at a time as you continue beating.

4Mix salt and flour together, then add alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.

5Add vanilla last.

6Bake in greased tube pan at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or 1 hour for 2 loaf pans.

7Cool on rack before turning out of pan.
