- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 jumbo egg yolks
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
- 5 egg whites
Directions

1Cream Crisco and Parkay until smooth and creamy.

2Add sugar. Beat well.

3Add egg yolks one at a time.

4Beat well.

5Alternate addition of flour and milk.

6Beat well after each addition.

7Add vanilla and butter flavoring.

8Fold in egg whites (beaten stiff, but not dry).
