- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 c. sifted cake flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond flavoring
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease and flour tube pan or Bundt pan. Cream butter and shortening.

3Gradually add sugar.

4Add cream cheese and beat well.

5Alternately add flour and eggs, beginning and ending with flour.

6Stir in flavorings.

7Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

8Cool in pan for 10 minutes and remove to wire rack to complete cooling.
