- 1/2 lb. real butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. cake flour
- 5 eggs
- 4 c. chopped nuts
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Beat butter and sugar until smooth.

2Add eggs one at a time. Add flour, vanilla and baking powder; mix well.

3Stir in nuts and candied fruits.

4Mix well.

5Pour in a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 350° for first 30 minutes; finish baking at 300° for one hour.
