  • 4 large Russet Potatoes
  • 1 stick Salted Butter
  • 1 dash Paprika
  • 1 dash Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 dash Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 dash Garlic Powder
  • 1 dash Celery Salt
  • 1 Kosher Salt

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350?F.

    Rinse and peel the potatoes.

    Slice the potatoes into even 1/4 inch thick rounds, try to maintain the shape of the potato.

    Place the potatoes in a casserole or baking dish.

    Melt the butter and drizzle evenly over the potatoes.

    Sprinkle the spices and seasoning on top of the potatoes.

    The goal is for an even light coating on top of the potatoes.

    Note: Go easy on the cayenne, just a hint of this will go a long way.

    Cover the dish tightly with tin foil.

    Bake in a 350?F oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until the potatoes are fork tender.

    Remove tin foil, raise the oven temperature to 425 F, and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
