- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups cheddar cheese curds
- salt
- black pepper
Directions

1Bake French fries according to package directions.

2While fries bake, prepare the gravy. Melt butter in medium sauce pan over medium heat. .

3Add flour and whisk to create a roux. Cook for 1-2 minutes until light brown.

4While whisking, slowly add beef stock. Whisk until smooth.

5Bring gravy to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, whisking occasionally. The gravy should thickened and coat the back of a spoon.

6Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.

7Add cooked fries to a dish. Top with cheese curds and gravy.

8Serve immediately.
