  • 1- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cups Goji Berries

Directions

    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a baking sheet.

    In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt together.

    In a smaller bowl, blend egg, coconut oil, vanilla and chia seeds.

    Fold the wet mixture into the dry mixture and continue to blend well.

    Add in chocolate chips and goji berries (and any other ingredient of your choosing) and mix until the batter is sticky.

    Gently spoon the batter onto the baking sheet and create small balls.

    Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned.

    Remove cookies from the oven and enjoy them in all their powerful goodness.
