  • 1 can butter beans with juice
  • any combination frozen vegetables of your choice (the more, the better; corn, peas, mixed medley, lima beans, etc.)
  • Mrs. Dash seasoning

    Empty contents of soup can and beans (do not drain beans) into saucepan.

    Add frozen vegetables of your choice.

    Season to taste with Mrs. Dash seasoning.
