- 1 frothy beaten egg white
- 1 well-packed c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. whole pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Add sugar, nuts and vanilla to frothy egg white.

2Drop by spoonfuls on a foil covered cookie sheet (mini cookies will require only 1/2 teaspoon).

3Preheat oven to 400°.

4Place cookies in oven.

5Cut off heat and bake for 8 minutes.

6Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on sheet before serving.

7Yields about 30 cookies.
