- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 9/16 cup ground hazelnuts
- 3 eggs
- 4 1/4 ounces praline paste
- 1 1/8 cups mascarpone cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

2Whip the sugar and eggs until the mixture whitens.

3Add the melted butter and hazelnut powder.

4Finally, add the flour little by little.

5Pour batter into paper liners, half filling them.

6Add a small teaspoon of praline paste and cover (the molds should be 3/4 full).

7Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

8When done, cool the cupcakes completely.

9Mix well with the remaining praline paste and mascarpone.

10Fill a pastry bag with this mixture and decorate the cupcakes as you wish.
