  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 9/16 cup ground hazelnuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 1/4 ounces praline paste
  • 1 1/8 cups mascarpone cheese

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Whip the sugar and eggs until the mixture whitens.

    Add the melted butter and hazelnut powder.

    Finally, add the flour little by little.

    Pour batter into paper liners, half filling them.

    Add a small teaspoon of praline paste and cover (the molds should be 3/4 full).

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

    When done, cool the cupcakes completely.

    Mix well with the remaining praline paste and mascarpone.

    Fill a pastry bag with this mixture and decorate the cupcakes as you wish.
