- 40 split graham crackers
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. white or brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
- pecans or walnuts
Directions

1Place graham crackers side by side on a 15 x 10-inch greased cookie sheet with raised sides.

2Boil butter and sugar together for 2 minutes.

3Remove from heat.

4Add vanilla and nuts.

5Spread over crackers.

6Bake in preheated 350° oven for 10 minutes.

7Remove from oven; let settle a few seconds.

8Spoon excess on crackers and remove each cracker individually to another cookie sheet to cool. Makes 40 cookies.
