Praline Party Mix

Directions

   Mix first 2 ingredients together and bring to a boil.

   Cook for 2 minutes more, stirring constantly.

   Pour over cereal mixture.

   Stir well.

   Pour on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 8 minutes.

   Stir and bake for 8 more minutes.

   Pour on wax paper to cool.
