  • 3-1/2 cups pecan halves
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1-1/2 cups dried cranberries

Directions

    Place pecans in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan; set aside. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, corn syrup and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Drizzle over pecans; stir until coated.

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Add cranberries; toss to combine. Immediately transfer to a waxed paper-lined
