  • 12 cup butter
  • 14 cup shortening
  • 34 cup brown sugar
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 12 cup finely chopped pecans
