  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat to a soft ball stage, which is about 238-240 degrees, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir until it thickens and becomes creamy and whiter.

    Spoon onto buttered wax paper and allow to cool
