  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans

    Combine all ingredients.

    Bring to soft ball stage (238° to 240°) on candy thermometer.

    Remove from heat and stir until mixture cools and thickens.

    Spoon out on buttered wax paper or aluminum foil.
