- 2 beef tenderloin filets (4 oz. each)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup shredded zucchini
- 1/2 of a small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese

1Preheat broiler.

2Heat ovenproof skillet on medium heat.

3Add meat; cook 6 min.

4on each side or until browned on both sides but still pink in centres.

5Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

6Melt butter in same skillet on medium-high heat.

7Add zucchini and onions; cook and stir 2 min.

8or until vegetables are tender.

9Remove from heat.

10Stir in dry stuffing mix and cheese until well blended.

11Remove from skillet.

12Add meat to skillet; top evenly with the stuffing mixture.

13Broil, 6 inches from heat source for 5 min.
