  • 220g tub KRAFT Prawn and Crab Dip
  • 500g chopped, cooked prawn tails, shells removed
  • 2 teaspoons gelatine, dissolved into
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 3 egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks

Directions

    Combine dip, chopped prawn, gelatine mixture, lemon juice, chives and parsley.

    Gently fold through the beaten egg white.

    Spoon mixture into 12 x 1/2 cup capacity serving dishes.

    Chill for 2 hours or until set.

    Serve with Turkish bread or water crackers.
