  • 1 tablespoon French mustard
  • 2 spring onions, chopped (scallions)
  • 6 ounces cooked prawns
  • parmesan cheese, grated

    Mix the cream cheese, mustard, spring onions and prawns well together and press into 4 individual ovenproof dishes.
