Pretty Potatoes

   Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, paprika, relish, parsley, onion and garlic salt.

   Put in a covered jar and refrigerate several hours.

   Wash and boil potatoes until tender.

   Place hot boiled potatoes in a dish.

   Put whipped oleo on top (cut in pieces). Pour mayonnaise mixture over this.

   Garnish with parsley.

   Serves 4 to 6.
