- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, divided
- 6 Tbsp. Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing, divided
- 1/2 cup finely crushed pretzels
- 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)

1Heat oven to 400F.

2Mix 3 Tbsp.

3mustard and 1 Tbsp.

4dressing in shallow dish.

5Mix pretzel crumbs, onion, parsley and pepper in separate shallow dish.

6Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, in mustard mixture, then in pretzel mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each mixture.

7Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

8Bake 25 min.

9or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).

10Mix remaining mustard and dressing; serve spooned over chicken.
